Celebration time for Gloucester Rugby
Gloucester Rugby scaled new heights in the last season of the premiership. With their experienced and younger players coming to the party, the team was able to put up some staggering performances to clinch the important titles of the season. Keeping in mind the flamboyant attitude of the team, the club has devised a great plan for the celebrations. The club is being aided on this front by event sponsors Worthington. They are cashing in on the huge support they got at the Darts evening in March. The former and present rugby players of Gloucester shall be up against the professional darts players. These players include legends like Eric Bristow, Keith Deller, Bobby George and Wayne Mardle. The show on Friday 5th of September shall be hosted by the dynamic Russ Bray. The officials are hopeful about the fact that fans would cherish this opportunity to meet big names from two different sports and each of them being experts in their spheres shall add to the glory. The spectators shall have the opportunity to take pictures with the sportsmen of Gloucester before and after the main part of the event. Russ Bray shall also be responsible for an interactive session with the fans present through question and answers round. The ticket prices have been set at twenty five dollars which includes sausage, mash and complimentary pint of wine or soft drink. The gates shall open at 7p.m. followed by an introductory session by Russ Bray. Foods shall be served at 7:45p.m. And the darts event will start from 8:30. The question answer round will be at 9:30p.m. Followed by the final games that shall start by 10pm and conclude by 10:30. It is indeed a well thought out and elaborate plan for the fans who can enjoy their team’s success with a difference.
